You will need
- Tissue paper
- Scissors
- Glue or cello tape
- Green straws or pipe-cleaners
Directions
- Take a piece of tissue paper and wrap it loosely around the straw/pipe-cleaner.
- Secure with glue or cello tape.
- Repeat this process of layering petals until you have a beautiful paper flower.
- You can make several of these flowers in different colours and styles to create a bouquet

You will need

Directions
- Fold the paper/card to make a card shape.
- Encourage your child to decorate the card with crayons, stickers, glitter or whatever you have to hand. You may like to cut out some heart shapes for you child to glue on.

You will need
- A pencil for tracing
- Paper
- Scissors
- Crayons, stickers, and glitter for decorating
- Clear contact paper (or laminating film and a laminator)
Directions
- Place your child's hand and arm on a piece of paper and draw around it.
- Cut the hand-shape out of paper and have your child decorate it.
- Cover with clear contact paper and use as a bookmark.

You will need
- Dried pasta
- String
- Scissors
- Paint, glitter etc.. for decorating
Directions
- Cut a piece of string long enough to fit over your child's head once tied.
- Tie a big knot at one end of the string (big enough to stop the pasta falling off the string.
- Show your child how to thread the pasta onto the string.
- Once the string is full, tie the ends together to make a necklace.
- Allow your child to decorate the necklace with paints and glitter.

You will need
- A print out of the skeleton template
- Scissors
- Paper fasteners
- Hole punch
Directions
- Cut out out the parts of the skeleton.
- Punch holes where indicated.
- Fasten the skeleton parts together with the paper fasteners.
Great to keep kids occupied on cold wet days

You will need
- Paper
- Scissors
- Glue
- Paint
- Cardboard
Directions
- Help your child to cover their hand in paint, then print onto the paper.
- Cut out the hand prints.
- Cut a large ring out of the cardboard.
- Help your child to glue the hand prints onto the ring, making sure all the hands are facing the same direction.
- You could then either hang the wreath on a door with ribbon, or use as a center piece on a table by placing a bowl of potpourri in the center.

- Glue
- Glitter or paint for decorating
- String or ribbon
Directions
- Glue together two triangle shapes with the lollysticks.
- Glue the two triangles together to make a star shape.
- Decorate the stars with paint or glitter or both.
- Tie ribbon or string to the stars to hang them up.
- You could hang them from the top of window frames, using varying lengths of string.
