Battenberg cakes

Directions
- Place the batternberg cakes together to make the castle shape.
- Mix together the icing sugar, butter and food colouring to make butter cream icing. Spread this over the castle shape.
- Use icing sugar, food colouring and a few drops of water to make another batch of icing.
- Spread over the icecream cones, then sprinkle hundreds & thousands over them. Place on top of the castle shape to make the towers.
- Spread some more of the icing over the cake board and decorate with hundreds & thousands and chocolate buttons.
- Make up a different colour batch of icing and put it into a piping bag.
- Pipe the icing onto the castle to make windows and doors, then decorate with M&Ms.
- Make flags out of the card and cocktail sticks and put on the top of the towers.
